The Toscana Cabernet Sauvigon Potenti di Petra is born in vineyards located on the ferrous hills of the Val di Cornia, in the ancient village of Suvereto.
It is produced exclusively with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, harvested in October. The must ferments in vats at a controlled temperature, then ages in barrique for 18 months and refines for a further 15 months in the bottle.
Potenti is characterized by an intense purple red color. The bouquet is large and elegant, with pleasant balsamic nuances. On the palate it is pleasantly fresh, with aromas of red fruits and currants. The wine has clean tannins, with a balanced final spiciness.
Perfect to accompany dishes with meat sauce, it is ideal in combination with red meats and game.
