Description
Salvadek is not only the name of this Franciacorta produced by Monte Rossa, but also a Brescian dialect word meaning “wild”. The choice of name reflects the personality and character of this bottle that combines structure and softness without ever appearing trivial. A Monte Rossa Extra Brut, which produces only the best vintages, using grapes from the vineyards of the company history. The result is extraordinary: a Franciacorta powerful and strong, impetuous entrance in the mouth, which retains great freshness and a persistence tier. It can not be surprised that Monte Rossa has become a symbol of the cellars of Franciacorta: just taste a sip of the Extra Brut to enjoy a small piece of land as the virtuous Franciacorta.
It is produced exclusively with Chardonnay grapes, harvested only by hand. Fermentation takes place partly in stainless steel tanks and partly in oak barrels at controlled temperatures. Subsequently the wine ages in bottle for about 24 months before being released on the market.
This Brut PR is characterized by a straw yellow color. The nose opens with hints of pineapple, peach and citrus, enriched with pleasant notes of biscuits and dried fruit. On the palate it is soft and fresh, with a pleasant effervescence.
