Description
The Amarone Aristide is born in the best vintages and from a careful selection of the most exposed grapes with a prevalence of Corvina Veronese. In the loft, thanks to the natural currents, its maturation begins and subsequently with a long maceration and fermentation in truncated conical tanks, it takes shape. After aging in new French barriques for 36 months, it rests in the bottle for at least one year. Being spicy, ethereal with a delicate persistence of black pepper and ripe fruit, make it a great wine to be tasted calmly, without haste.Only 900 bottles produced.
