A wine with character, compact and at the same time harmonious. Fruit of the skilful vinification in a blend of grapes for 50% Corvina, 20% Corvinone, 25% Rondinella, and 5% Oseleta-Croatina. The origin is in the municipal area of Verona, within the company limits in Veneto. The fermentation foresees that the grapes, selected after about thirty days of drying in boxes, are placed in the fullers to ferment at 22/24 ° degrees. After the malolactic fermentation has taken place, this wine is combined in equal parts with the fresh Valpolicella to create the “Rientro” which will be refined for at least 12 months in oak barrels. The refinement of the wine then continues in the bottle, to complete this superior of excellence.
