From the Giuva winery a refined classic Valpolicella wine of great refinement and value. For its vinification, 50% Corvina grapes are used to which 20% Corvinone grapes and 30% Rondinella are added. The origin is the classic one of the Veneto within the company boundaries that fall within the municipality of Verona. For fermentation, the must obtained with the grapes of the coolest vineyards, collected in crates and left to rest for about fifteen days, proceeds with fulling and fermentation at low temperatures that make up its young and genuine character. Finally, the refinement of the wine which takes place in steel tanks for three months at the natural external temperature.
