Description
To obtain this intense and elegant Chardonnay “White edition”, the must is fermented in barrique and then left to refine for a few months on the lees: the result combines structure, complexity and delicate notes of wood and sweet spices. Bright straw yellow; on the nose there are notes of yellow fruit and floral touches, on a background of vanilla and sweet toasts. In the mouth it reveals a beautiful balance between freshness and softness. It goes well with risotto, first courses with mushrooms and white meat sauces; to try also with second courses of white meat or grilled fish.
