Description
Pinot Bianco Eich was born in the vineyards of the famous Kornell company, located within the splendid panorama of the Dolomites, in the province of Bolzano.
It is produced entirely with Pinot Bianco grapes, harvested in mid-September and carefully selected in the cellar. This wine ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, and then matures for at least 5 months in the same containers, where it stabilizes and develops all its great organoleptic characteristics.
Kornell’s Eich has a light straw yellow color. The nose opens with intense aromas of ripe apple, enriched with hints of sambuca flowers. On the palate it is full-bodied and fresh, with a balanced mineral background.
Perfect to accompany traditional pasta dishes, it is ideal in combination with light fish dishes such as grilled and steamed trout, but also with white meats and fresh goat cheeses.
