Description
It is a tribute to the Tuscan Maremma and as such it also takes its name from the road that runs along it all along the coast: precisely the Via Aurelia. The Rosso “Aurelio”, produced by the Cecchi family in the Val delle Rose estate, is a Tuscan red that comes from almost all Merlot grapes, combined with a small balance of cabernet franc grapes. Left to rest in barrique for 12 months and aged in the bottle for at least six months, it is a red with character, generous and consistent, always ready to lend a hand when needed. When the second courses of meat arrive on the table, it is a Red that becomes a must.
