Composed of Pinot Grigio, Pinot Bianco and Sauvignon mainly, with a small percentage of Ribolla Gialla that complete the harmony and freshness. The whole grapes are placed in the pneumatic press, then the must after a first racking is placed in the fermentation tanks at a controlled temperature. The wines are blended at the end of fermentation and remain on the fine lees for at least 7 months. 8-9 months after the harvest it is bottled. Pinot Grigio gives the fruity aroma of apricot and pear, Pinot Bianco creates volume and creaminess on the palate, Ribolla Gialla gives freshness and acidity; and finally the Sauvignon completes the bouquet finely, leaving notes of white peach at the end of the tasting. Suitable as an aperitif, it accompanies appetizers, dry soups and broths, fish dishes. Special with fried fish.
