After the fermentation in the bottle, Franciacorta Brut ages for 18 months on the lees. 25 months pass from creation to aging. In this period, a pressure of 5-6 atm is created in the bottle.
Its color is straw yellow with greenish and golden reflections. It has a subtle and persistent perlage and a bouquet with the characteristic notes of fermentation in the bottle. The aromas are reminiscent of bread crust and dried fruit (almonds, hazelnuts, dried figs). Franciacorta Brut is aromatic, fresh, delicate and extremely harmonious.
